What Expert Features does my AMP1 have?
AMP1 Silver Edition, AMP1 Mercury Edition and AMP1 Iridium Edition have different Expert Features. Here, you can find out which expert features your AMP1 is equipped with, and what each feature is all about:
AMP1 Silver Edition
The Expert Features were only introduced with the release of the AMP1 Mercury Edition. Accordingly, the AMP1 Silver Edition actually has no Expert Features at all. However, since the PRESET MODE, just like the LOW GAIN MODE or HALF POWER MODE, is a startup mode, it may perhaps be called the only "Silver Edition Expert Feature", because the PRESET MODE was and is available for the AMP1 Silver Edition.

The AMP1 Mercury Edition has the following Expert Features:
- HALF POWER MODE
- LOW GAIN MODE
- PRESET MODE
- Switching the FX Loop on and off
- Switching the FX Loop on and off via MIDI
- INDIVIDUAL CHANNEL GAIN
AMP1 Iridium Edition
The AMP1 Iridium Edition has the following Expert Features:
- HALF POWER MODE
- LOW GAIN MODE
- PRESET MODE
- Switching the FX loop on and off
- Switching FX loop on and off via MIDI
- INDIVIDUAL CHANNEL GAIN
- Switching the speaker simulation on and off
- INDIVIDUAL GAIN & POWERSOAK WITH MIDI
