Answer:
No. You connect one of the AMP1's SPEAKER OUTs directly to the BluBOX's SPEAKER LEVEL IN.
The Line IN is intended for connecting devices that output line-level signals. For example, some Marshall amplifiers have line outputs without speaker simulation, or you could plug an overdrive pedal directly into the Line IN.

Connecting the AMP1's SPEAKER OUT to the BluBOX's Line IN can damage the BluBOX. Such damage is not covered by the warranty.
